Purple lavender wedding

I believe in our First love, have heard the legend about love lavender, on behalf of the romantic lavender seeds in our very early age growing up in the heart. The couple who love each other more or less some lavender plot, whichever period a new group of people to bring a purple lavender wedding decoration, the young romantic seed bear fruit.

We wanted our Wedding Dresses at Pickeddresses to be beautiful, lush and romantic. We wanted to be transported, even if only for one day, away from the hustle and bustle of busy Southern California. Our first wedding decision, and by far the most difficult, was the ceremony venue. I found our venue by happenstance, browsing through a magazine in a waiting room. I hadn’t known exactly what I wanted and had spentweeks looking at venue after venue and magazine after magazine, with nothing really inspiring me. But the moment I saw the photo of Kimberly Crest, it was like the fog of indecision and blah-ness had been lifted. From that one photo, the style of our wedding just fell into place. The style of our wedding is definitely grown-up fairy tale romance. I wanted to keep the elements that made me love fairy tales as a little girl, but without straying into cheesy territory. The location of the ceremony lended all the grandeur needed, with its beautiful landscaped grounds and petit French chateau. We used the phrase “and they lived happily ever after” in a few places, like the aisle runner and a wooden sign that we hung at the entrance to the garden walkway. The bridesmaids carried pumpkins instead of bouquets, as a nod to Cinderella’s pumpkin coach.

The table centerpieces were designed to appear as though they were growing from the table itself. Several centerpieces had pieces that draped from the tabletop towards the floor, to create the illusion that a lush forest had begun to overtake the reception space. For lighting, we placed hundreds of votives and other points of light throughout the room, so that everyone and everything was bathed in soft golden light. Our first dance was “You are the Best Thing” by Ray LaMontagne The dance party that followed was fabulous. One of our guiding principles in planning our wedding was to make sure our guests had a great time. My philosophy was that the ceremony was for us, but the reception was for our guests. We still receive comments from our friends and family that our wedding was one of, if not the best they have ever attended. Seeing everyone having such a good time and hearing about it again afterwards makes all the planning and hard work worthwhile.

Today we’ve got quite the stunning wedding to share. There’s something so rich and charming about autumn weddings, especially when they’re infused with such personal touches and timeless elements. Add a magical fairy tale castle nestled amongst ivy, complete with a moat and pumpkins and it’s this bride’s dream come true.

I love a wedding that has a glamorous gown but that also has beer pong. It’s totally my kind of wedding. This couple wanted a relaxed wedding and an unforgettable party that celebrated their love. So they got married at their favorite park and infused their wedding celebration with lots of handmade and personal details. So much rustic chic goodness and details from the bride!

In the spirit of having an informal and relaxed wedding, we chose to go with a natural, organic and homemade feel with a pop of spontaneity and color, without being matchy-matchy. I wanted to have a personal touch in everything that was made for the wedding to ensure it kept consistent with the theme. So I ended up hand making everything from scratch, from the invitations to the menus to the favors to the table set-ups to the distressed hand painted tables to the mason jars lining the aisles with burlap to our very favorite part, the old wooden ladders to hold the escort cards.

Pink and green wedding

In what colors, wedding planning is undoubtedly the key tasks of the first phase. Also for the color and trouble? Try this scenario: fresh green dotted with brilliant pink reception desk, the most suitable wedding leisurely soft quiet, relaxed atmosphere.

Peach looks great paired with natural shades of green and hints of cream and white. For this palette we were inspired by the ultra prettiness of the Rifle Paper Co. ”Will you be my Bridesmaid” card, and used it as our main source to pull colours from. Inspiration can come from anywhere, and picking one key item as the centre of your palette makes everything else fall into place much easier. The result is a peach and green wedding palette which is pretty, light and airy, simply gorgeous for a summer soiree.

There is no better time to use the colour peach than the season of Summer! It’s just one of those pretty colours that was just made for this season, especially in Ireland with our unpredictable weather. Sweet (without being sickly), warm and romantic, peach is a perfect summer pick-me-up, when the sun does come out like it did this morning, then it just glows.

Barefoot bride walked a road covered with rice and roses.

When the white flowers cover pear bloom, I will listen to your voice in the trees, looking for that first love, most real dream.

For most brides purchasing wedding shoes is a very normal thing to do concerning their attire. They know what they need to do so they start picking out their dress and looking for some ideal bridal shoes. However there are some brides that think that shoes are not necessary. For some brides shoes are not needed because they decide to be barefoot brides.

This can be easily put in practice if you are planning to have a beach inspired theme and you are having the actual ceremony and reception on the beach. In this case shoes can be quite irrelevant. So the best thing is to focus on your bridal dress and choose a very loose design which will allow you to move around easily in the sand and to dance all evening. However even if you don’t have shoes on, you still have to take into account several aspects. The first one would be to have a flawless pedicure.

You can opt for some classical French toenails or some light pink or red nail polish. Also some brides like to wear an ankle bracelet. If this is your case then you can find lots of jewelry like ankle bracelets online. Some are silver, others are gold while other have metal combinations. You can choose a simply design or opt for some charms as well. The charms can be either some hearts, flowers, shells, stars or whatever other symbols you like.
